3、能正确理解、使用介词in, on。
4、能正确听、说、读、写字母aa和bb。

step1 free talk:
1.ss: sing a song: good morning.(如果是下午上课,可将歌词中的good morning换成good afternoon)
2.t: good morning/afternoon.
s:good morning/afternoon
t: how are you?
s: fine,thanks . and you?
t: i’m fine,too.
step 2 presentation and practice
1、出示一本英语抄写本
t: from now on, we’ll begin to learn english letters. and we’ll copy these letters. so we first learn how to say “抄写本”. (拿出一本抄写本问)excuse me. what’s this in english?
出示单词a copybook并领读(将抄写本放入预先准备好的书包中)
what’s this in english?
s: it’s a copybook.

2.运用句型what’s this/that in english? it’s…复习所学单词(a ruler, a knife, a crayon, a tape, a pencil sharpener, a pen)。并逐一将这些文具放入预先准备的书包中。
3、将预先准备的书包放在桌上。
t: what's that on the desk?
s: it's a school bag.
t: what's in the school bag?(学生刚刚看着老师将文具一一放入书包中的,所以他们将很容易的猜出书包中物品)
t: (教师在学生猜完以上文具后,再摇动书包,让学生听听里面的声音,表示里面还有东西。这时,让学生来摸一摸,猜一猜) come here, . what’s this in the school bag?
s: it’s a ruler/knife/crayon…
学生在摸到storybook时,可能会认为是copybook,此时教师可将storybook漏出一角,让学生猜)出示单词a toy train/a stapler/a storybook并领读
s:it’s a toy rain/stapler/storybook
1.magic eyes教师将所学单词的卡片按任意顺序贴在黑板上。教师背对黑板站 着,宣布游戏开始。教师故意神秘地瞥一眼某一个单词,让学生进行猜测.猜对的学生将被命名为“魔力眼”,并到台前来,仿照教师的做法,选取下一位“魔力眼”

2.出示带有in/on的图片。如:盒子里有一辆玩具火车 t: what’s this in the box?
教师逐一出示图片,师生之间或生生之间进行练习。s: it’s a toy train.
3.情景对话
马上要开学了,爸爸带着liu tao 上街去买
些学习用品。他们进了一家文具店,里面有许许多多的漂亮文具,liu tao兴奋极了,不停的问东问西。(请学生编一段liu tao和爸爸或营业员之间的对话。)
example: l: dad, what’s that in english?
l: oh, i see. what’s that in the box?
l: come here, dad. what’s this?
l: it’s nice.
字母配对”游戏
教师把aa, bb的大小写分别写在卡片上,发给学生,然后教师或学生说出两个字母中的任意一个,拿到该字母大小写的学生便到台前来配对找朋友,并正确读出这个字母。

第二课时the second period
teaching contents :

2. patterns :what’s this/that in english ?

teaching aims:
1. 能听懂、会说表示文具或玩具的单词(见上)及短语oh ,i see ,excuse me .
2. 能听懂、会说日常交际用语what’s this /that in english? 学会交际。
teaching steps :
step one : free talk and motivation .
1.say the rhyme : tape ,tape ,tape .
2.free talk .
good morning .how are you ? look at my coat .let’s go to thepark .what’s this in your desk?……
3.英汉对照:in in in在里面。on on on在上面。
4.listen and do . ( 听指令摆东西)
there is a tape on the desk .
there is a knife in the book .
……
step two: presentation .
1.t shows the teaching picture. (a 部分第 3、4 幅画)
the ss discuss: what’re they saying ?
( ss 有可能说上上一节所学的句型 : what this on the desk? )
2. listen to the tape and try to say something.
3. listen and say .(学生和录音一问一答,完成对话)
tape : excuse me , wang bing, what’s this in english ?ss: it’s a knife .tape: thank you .tape: what’s that in english ?ss: it’s a crayon .tape: oh ,i see .
4.learn to say : what’s this/that in english?
practice ,利用所学单词。s&t practice 进入本课新单词学习:a storybook ,a copybook, a stapler ,a toy train.

5.listen and try to imitate .
step three:consolidation.

3.复习 in ,on 的用法。

postscript:
本单元是3b教材的起始单元,内容含量较多,而且有一定难度.特别是what's this/that in english?句型和介词in/on,对于三年级孩子来说不易掌握.在课堂教学中,我使用了大量的练习来加深学生对句子的理解和巩固.并用孩子们手边的文具进行实际情景中的操练,达到较好的学习效果.但是还是有部分学生不是特别的熟练.
